Q: Can access internet on iPhone 4, but cannot access iTunes Store.  What to do?

I have an iPhone 4 that is unable to connect to the iTunes Store.  I have no problem accessing the internet or other apps on my phone, but cannot access anything relating to the iTunes Store.  Any thoughts?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.1
