I bought two albums and the digital booklets for both of them will not work on iTunes

SInce Apple Support can NEVER help me and if I want this question solved I have to pay over 20 dollars to get the answer from them. Maybe someone here can help. I bought the Star Trek: Into Darkness album and the season 3 Game of Thrones album; both of the digital booklets will not work. What is wrong with them? When I try to open them Adobe says something along the lines of "the file has been damaged or it is not supported [...]"
