my macbook air won't turn on and doesn't charge?

my macbook air won't turn on when it is plugged in. The light on the connection is orange, not the usual green.

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), it doesn't turn on

is this the new one or an older model? how long have you had it? check the magsafe connector, are any of the pins stuck?

Orange means charging.

Keep it plugged in for a while.

Choose the method for:

"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

If this does not help, contact Apple.
