Q: iPhone appointments not syncing to iClould.com calendar.

When I put appointment on iCloud.com calendar, it syncs to iPhone. However, when I calendar on iPhone, it doesn't sync to iClould.com calendar. How can I get entered appointments on iPhone to sync to iCloud.com calendar. Mail, contacts, and notes are syncing to iCloud.com. Thanks.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

If you have a calendar on the iphone that is listed in the "On My iPhone" group, that is not synced to icloud. Only calendars listed in the "iCloud" group are synced. Could that be the problem?
