I keep getting the following iTunes error...

I keep getting this error message. I've tried everything the basic trouble shooting tech support syas and still nothing. My iPod will not sync. The iPod shows up in the file manager but itunes does not see the iPod. I have reset the iPod three times and still nothing. HELP.

I have found a couple of articles that you may find useful.


This first one is to address the registry settings error that is occurring on launch.

In the process of troubleshooting that, you may also resolve the issue with your iPod not being seen. If, however, that issue persists, take a look at the article below for some further troubleshooting steps.
