Hello, one question is every icloud email with @me.com or can it be @gmail.com cause I would like to change my @me.com email name and is my icloud email also my Apple ID? or is that different? Thanks

Some have the old Mac.com, new all have me.com or icloud.com but not gmail.com.
You can't change your @me.com or @icloud.com email address without creating a new account. You can create an alias address that will receive email in your current iCloud email inbox, but it will be another @icloud.com address. As Ralph Landry1 states, new accounts are assigned an @icloud.com address and may also carryover an existing @mac.com or @me.com address, but cannot be a gmail.com address.
Your iCloud ID is probably the same as your email address. It's whatever is listed in Settings>iCloud next to Account.
