I recently rented a movie from the iTunes store and downloaded it to my PC (in my iTunes). I tried to sync my iPad to my computer but got this message: "Jack Reacher was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPad 'with my name'
I recently rented a movie from the iTunes store with my iTunes account and downloaded it to my PC. When I tried to sync my iPad so that I could watch the movie on it, I received the following message: "Jack Reacher" was not copied because the video format is not support bythe iPad Bruce1406.
I rented it in HD. Any help would be appreciated!
