Home Sharing not working on my desktop but works on my laptop

I have reinstalled itunes (removing all traces) on my main desktop, restarted the modem, disabled Ipv6, authorized and deauthorized my desktop's itunes account, put my computer into DMZ mode on my router, forwarded all necessary ports and it still doesn't work, but home sharing works on my laptop fine with no changes made at all, help?
