Thank you for the question. Error 3014 usually means unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com. Here are some troubleshooting steps for this error. In the first article, see the section labeled Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows) > Windows > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store.
