Q: My wife's iPod Classic 160 suddenly shows "Current user is not an administrator". How can we correct this?

My wife's iPod Classic 160 suddenly shows "Current user is not an administrator". This happened right after a recent Windows update, and now she can not sync her iPod. How can we correct this?
