Ipod won't do anything

One night, I was up on my ipod. Then I noticed it getting heated up. I just left it in the charger, and in the morning, I work up I checked my Ipod for the time, and nothing popped up, I pressed it again, nothing. I pressed the top button, and still nothing. I have no idea what has happened, I try to reset it, and I connected my ipod to itunes, and still nothing. No it's not jailbroken, still good with the warranty, any help? Please it's been like this for 2 days so far.

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
