Q: My iPad calendar does not sync back to my Mac. But it does the other way

If I make a calendar entry on my mac mini it syncs through icloud and updates my iPad iCal app without any problems. If I create a calendar entry on my iPad it does NOT update my mac mini's iCal app.

Any thoughts or suggestions are very welcome

@ fromsouth: I checked to confirm that my iPad's calendar default settings were set ot iCloud and thank you for helping me out. I'm beginning to think that the issue really iis to do with the Apple servers now. I noticed that that the calendar update I had made on my iPad eventially did pop up on my Mac!

If delay comes only one way, issue is not with server, but with connection to such. Network connection of one of the devices, which one is delayed can be checked, by looking at www.icloud.com when update is made. problems with server do not happen often enough to be that optimistic.
