no wi fi appears in my iphone 4s

Settings>WiFi do you see anything there? If not, Try resetting your network settings and try again. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

You'll have to do a back up and restore. Most likely, you'll have to take it to an Apple store to have it fixed. This issue is becoming pretty frequent with many people. Good luck 🙂
