hey i got a question my ipod 160gb classic show a big red X and it says to go to apple.com/support and i dont know how to fix it......
can someone plz help me.....

Restore iPod from Disk Mode
- Disconnect iPod from your computer.
- Manually put iPod into Disk Mode.
- Open the latest version of iTunesand connect iPod.
- Restore iPod.
Setup Service for iPod
