I use time machin for my back-up proces with time capsul hard-disk,
How I can manage the schedule of the back up proces changed to once in mounth?

Time Machine can't change the backup schedule, but you can do this with a third-party application. Use TimeMachineEditor > http://timesoftware.free.fr/timemachineeditor/

Why do you want to do that? When (not if) something awful happens, you may lose a month's worth of data, photos, e-mails, browser ookmarks, etc.
