Retina MacBook Pro - BootCamp - Windows 8

Hey,

i try to install Windows 8 - Dreamspark Image - but i fail a few times.

i got a hard drive where the bootcamp assistant created a "WININSTALL" partition - FAT32

i got a usb stick where the bootcamp assistant installed the windows driver - FAT32

i spit the ssd, and:

case 1: black screen - Non-system disk - Press any key to reboot

case 2: windows 8 installer starts and said there are no drivers BEFORE i can install windows.

No matter what i do - nothing works.

Can someone help me?
