iTunes match is a real mess

It took me days to match some 5000 titles. Still not all titles are added to iCloud up now and there is no way to contact the support or get some online help. Does anybody know how to return that lousy feature and to get the money back? Shame on you Apple, you did a very poor job with iTunes match!
