Can anyone please help me? I have a SMS message problem

Don't post personal details on a public user forum. It is not good practice and you are NOT addressing Apple here on a user forum.

If you are having problems with sending text messages, then this has absolutely nothing to do with Apple. Anything to do with texting or phone calls is to do with your phone company/carrier, so it is them that you should be contacting and not Apple.

What sim card do you use/phone company/carrier? It is this company that you should be contacting with regard to text message not being sent.

If you are in India, I'm not sure that dolphin is a supported Apple carrier. I think there are a couple of phone companies in India that officially support the iPhone and not sure that dolphin is one of them.

You can easily check your settings by opening settings and going to General and looking there to see if the settings are correct, but ultimately, sending and receiving of text messages is to do with your phone company and not Apple, so continue with your phone company until they can resolve the issues for you.

Either that, or take your phone into an Apple store or an Apple re-seller and get them to take a look at it for you and check the settings to ensure that they are correct.

Is your phone locked or unlocked or has it been jailbroken to unlock it?

What you need to do is go to one of the official carriers of the iPhone in India and use one of their sim cards instead. No smartphone can be expected to work if you don't use an official carrier - you are letting yourself in for problems.

In the meantime, visit and Apple store or an Apple re-seller to get some help or change your phone company and don't use sim cards that were never meant to be used in an iPhone.
