Hi, Im a iPhone 4s Smart Lock User from Philippines, the problem is when I turn on my 4s, it is stuck in Searching... sign. when i remove the sim card, it detects it has no sim card. tried different Smart Sim card, but still no fix. Carrier Option in General Appears a few seconds then disappear again.
Tried:
Factory Reset
Network Reset
Airplane mode on/off
Change Sim Cards
but no Fix.
Anyone Can Help?
Are you sure your carrier provides a signal at your location?
Yes Im sure..
sometimes when i connect to itunes or to wifi, there will be a prompt that it will update network settings or carrier settings. when i press OK in my 4s or in itunes, nothing happens.
It seems that you have done most everything you can do to reestablish a connection with your carrier. It would be up to either Apple or your service provider to investigate this issue further. Contact your carrier immediately.
