I have only 1 account

The movie worked for a short time.

Every time now I try to watch the only movie I’ve purchased in itunes under the only account in itunes I have, it asks me to authorize my account then tells me it’s already authorized and does nothing. I can listen to music just fine. And can add and remove music just fine. But this movie is stuck in limbo. It won’t play anymore or allow to be added to my nano or play in itunes it just has a black screen where it should be playing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled I’ve tried all the available steps in articles related to authorization issues SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!  And yes I purchased it paid full price it wasn’t a rental.
