Q: Voice Call: I am able to hear the call through Headphone or speaker and not through receiver. When I press Volume button it shows headphone. My phone model is 4S, and is updated to 6.1.3, How do I receive call on the receiver of the phone?
I am unable to hear any sound through phone receiver. I can hear through spaeker and headphone of the phone. The model is 4S and OS is updated to leatest version 6.1.3. When i press the volume button it shows headphone within brackets. what should i do to hear from phone receiver?

The problem is resolved now. I am not sure how, but I just connected on USB to computer and it came back to receiver.
