Q: my ipod got crushed in a treadmill...it's only two weeks old! Will Apple replace it?

I was on the treadmill at L.A. Fitness and my brand spankin new IPod 5 fell off and immediately went under the band of the treadmill! I found it inside crused in 4 pieces! Will this be covered somehow since it is still under warranty? if not will the even feel sorry for me and give me a good discount on getting a new one???

I'm crused too!!!!!
