Q: Reinstall itunes without losing libraryinformation

Great question. Uninstalling and Reinstalling iTunes will not delete the necessary files for your library (media, iTunes library file, playlists), unless you specifically delete the iTunes folder (not recommended). Furthermore, if you want to be completely safe you can backup your iTunes library before uninstalling:
