Boot Camp stalls midway through getting the software.

Hi,

I want to install windows 7 on my MBP (late 2011) using an iso. I've gotten the iso online (legally!) and put on my usb drive that fits 16 GB (technically more like 12 but whatever). I start the download of the software to make the partition (onto the usb drive) and it starts fine. But it just stalls midway through and never fully stops or push further through. I've tried several times even had the computer go all night but it's always the same. Please tell me I'm doing something wrong or something that will fix this? It's majorly annoying. I already really don't want to waste my time on windows again. It's just for a game that's taking forever to get to Macs. Please can someone help?
