my ipod just stopped working as i was trying to update itunes

I was trying to update my ipod for and all the suddnley its stopped working tries to switch on bit nothing happening what should I do? This is all I have at the moment

iPod nano (7th generation), Windows 7

I understand that your iPod nano is no longer responding. I would recommend resetting it:

How to reset an iPod nano (7th generation)


Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button until the screen goes dark. The Apple logo should appear after a few seconds, then the Home screen should appear.
