Free app why provide credit card info
First App purchase and it's free (not trial), why do I need to complete credit card information?

That's the way it works. You need some form of payment info in your iTunes account or you need to have set it up specifically to avoid having payment info. Go to

And enter your billing info.
You will not be charged for free apps.
