Help! I lost my itunes library! How can I restore it?

Hi, my windows 7 crashed down and it needs to be repaired. there are few changes that it can be repaired. Otherwise, i will have to reinstall Windows 7 which means that i will lose my playlists library which is the result of months of efforts. I am a DJ. How can I restore/preserve my playlists library? Please help!! Thanks
