Cannot share to twitter

I have recently got an iPhone 5 - entered my details in Settings > Twitter - everything seems fine, but when I try to share something (specifically from Spotify) it says cannot send tweet because the connection to Twitter failed.

I have deleted my twitter account and re-entered. IS this a problem with my iPhone or Spotify.

Note: I cannot share from any app - same error message.
