Can no longer 'sort apps' on latest ios

so normally in itunes I'd go to 'iphone/apps' then sort the apps into pages and folders, and done..

this time its not working sincet he update

basically i change the folders on itunes, when I hit apply or sync, it reverts to previous 😟

it doesnt change them

I have NO way of sorting my apps now
