how come i cant download fifa 12 onto my ipod?

So about a year ago i bought this app called Fifa 12. I was so excited but then i found out that i didn't have enough room on my ipod, so i cancelled the download. So it kinda just hung out in the cloud. But then a few days ago i decided i was going to clear up some room for the game. I have about 1.5 gb available and the game only requires 1.06. So i downloaded it from the cloud and then tried to transfer it to my ipod but then this pops up

I have no idea what this is and i would really appreciate if someone would clear this up for me. And oh Whenever i go to the app store to look up the game it doesnt show up. it's almost like it doesn't exist anymore.
