I can not activate my iphone and is reported as "unknown Device" , Please help.

    Most likely, your phone was previously hacked to carrier unlock.  When you updated, the hack was removed and the phone became re-locked to its original carrer. It will now activate and operate only with that original carrier.

    This answers it. Someone that you had working on the devict in Russia has put an illegal copy of iOS 7 on the device. This is why it will not activate since you are not a registered developer. Also, in doing so, it has voided y our warranty and has relinquished your ability to get help here on the forum.


    Also, your technical support is provided by local carriers, not by Apple. That is explained here
