I have a problem which is todo with a Iphone. I use the app which is called Instagram and I had two accounts one of my account was deleted. My other account on Instagram is fine and I can log on by the mains of the website however not the app my account which is fine - the app says my account has been deleted. I tried signing into a different account and it still says my Instgram is deleted which it isn't as I can log on by computer on Instagram. I signed up to a new account and it still says that the account has been deleted which is impossible because I'm signing up not signing in. I have looked over the internet for ideas on what todo. I have deleted the app. I have turned off my phone. I have looked through my setting for Instagram so nothing is connected.Other people say that I need to go on settings> Erase All Content and Settings. People said this will clear the name to Instagram and would let me log in the app afterwards.
I don't want to go through all ITunes to clear all my Iphone for nothing. Can someone help me sort this problem out - is it even worth clearing my phone?
