Q: iCloud "Storage & Backup" menu is missing on my iPhone.

How can I restore the missing " Storage & Backup" menu to my iPhone?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

That usually indicates that you are using a phone provided by your employer, or have added your employer's exchange email account to your phone and your employer has installed a security profile preventing you from backing up to iCloud.  (You'll probably see a "Profile" setting in Settings>General near the bottom.)

 

You would have to contact your employer's IT department to confirm this.
