You must connect to a computer with itunes and restore your iphone.
With a forgotten password for the iPhone's Passcode Lock, you must restore the iPhone.
You need to do this with iTunes on a computer, or if you have an iCloud account with Find My iPhone enabled with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone, you can do a remote erase of the iPhone.
