i have the cloud downloaded but
It says I don't have an account I have an apple id how do I get it to work?

If you are getting a message that says you have a valid Apple ID but not an iCloud ID it's because you are trying to create an iCloud account on your PC. You can only create an iCloud account on an iOS device running iOS 5 or higher or a Mac running OS X Lion or higher, if you have one. After creating the account on one of these devices, you can then sign into the account on your PC.
