Please help and advise as what should I do as I'd lost all my phone data while had restored the older back up,!!

I'd get a phone replacement and has been using it more than a month without restoring the previous data, hence once I'd connected to my computer intended to restore the previous data (photos, notes.& etc) ended up missing all my current data, what to do to rescue the missing data as I'm desperate on it, appreciate for any kindest help and advises, thanks.
