In Mac Book Pro I don't see the option to add a signature to my mail (as in iPad or iPhone).

Within Mail.app, you can use the "Help" menu and enter "signatures" in help's search box, and you'll get some signature configuration information; how to set this stuff up. You should see an entry in the help file with a title something like "using signatures in mail", and select that and see the associated details.

More directly and from within Mail.app, select Mail > Preferences, and then click on the Signatures tab.
