Snow Leopard on Mountain Lion Machine

Hi I need Snow Leopard on a brand new 2013 Mac Mini in order for me to run ProTools, I have tried so many different ways, erased the hard drive then put the mini in target disk mode installed snow leopard from an old imac machine and still no success, all i have now is two partitions one with mountain lion and one with snow leopard, when i try to boot in to snow leopard it just doesnt load so if anyone could enlighten me of a way to boot it up or even making the computer think its booting mountain lion when in fact it is booting snow leopard, help would really be appreciated!!
