can't download anything from itunes store say's part of the file is corrupt

I have been trying to update apps for my iphone 5. I have the most current version of itunes. I also have tried to purchase new music and cant do that. I did in the beginning have ability to download but only for short time. I have been to MS making sure there are no conflicts. I need help....
