get audio stream during phone call?

Im just wondering if anyone knows if i can stream the audio of a telephone call in realtime foe use in my app. I want to clarify that i only wish to get the sound data from the microphone of the app user and not the other user on the other end of the call (for privacy reasons of course). Thanks in advance
