Itunes France

I want to have access to itunes france to purchase French apps. I already have an itunes US and i understand that I have to create another account with new email for Itunes France. No problem.

I have a bank account in France and a French visa card ( carte bleue) but the billing address for those is in the States. the French form for creating an account demands a billing address in France. This is very annoying. Is there anyway around it ? thanks

Nope.

You have to be physically located in France and have a French issued cc with a french billing address.

Thanks but what is the rationale? French account to keep the money in, ok, but a local address ( which I have by the way but not connected to the bank account) ? Is it tax related (for them ) ? Anyway thanks ! I stopped trying !
