I have an Epson XP 305 and I can only get AirPrint to work if printer is printing from my computer. If my computer is not printing my iPad and my iPad mini says not air printer found. Both apple devices only find my printer when printing out from PC.

Make sure to run CD from Epson
Make sure printer is using the latest firmware.

I have the same problem.
My iPhone 4s and my iPad mini and iPad2 is connected with the same wlan.
I disable the power safe mode of the Epson XP 305.
But I can only print via AirPrint if I print a page from MacBook Pro before.
I installed the newest driver from the Epson homepage.
Can anybody help me? Please?! Thx in advance.
