Upgrade 2008 Xserve 1x 2,8 GHz Quad to 2x 3,0 GHz Quad?

Hi, I havent found an answer to this anywhere.

Could I upgrade my Late2008 Xserve with 1x 2,8 GHz Quad Xeon to 2x 3,0 GHz Quad Xeon?

Its the Harpertown E5462. Is there allready a socket under the second heatsink?

And must I replace the silver heatsink to a copper??
