Bad marks and scratches on the back of my iPod touch 4g

A couple of years ago I bought a hard case for my iPod touch. A few years later I noticed a lot of scratches and marks on the back of my iPod touch. In result I bought myself a hard case but with a protective rubber inside. It works nicely but how do I get rid of the marks.

Please help me.
