Remove zoosk ads from game apps

Can anyone tell me how do I remove chat and date zoosk ads that appear on my game apps on my iPod touch 4th gen. I do not want to go into the ad to cancel in case I get more problems. I have tried going to settings for ways of blocking the ads, but no luck.

Any further help and advice will be appreciated.
