MacBook Pro 15" 2010 YouTube loading lag

I'm using Mountain Lion 10.8.4 and i have big loading lag when opening YouTube videos, the page opens instantly but the video needs at least 15 seconds to start playing, this issue only occurs in Safari, and it's really annoying, Chrome works fine. I've tried reseting Safari, emptying cache, resetting NVRAM and even reinstalling Mountain Lion and nothing helped, sometimes problem disappears for a short while and then returns.

Does anyone have this problem?

My specs are:

Intel Core i5 2.53 GHz

8 GB

128 GB SSD

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

1. System Preferences > Flash > Advanced > Delete All

2. Install Adobe Flash Player.

Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.

3. Check whether you are currently in YouTube HTML 5 trial.

At the bottom left of the page uncheck the box for

"You are currently in the HTML5 trial".

4. Reset Safari.

Click Safari in the menu bar.

From the drop down select "Reset Safari".

Uncheck the boxes beside all items.

Check the box next to "Remove all website data".

Click "Reset".

5. Turn off Extensions/Plug-ins if any that may interfere with Flash working properly.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Now try YouTube.
