Q: HD-compatible device message

Receiving the following message when trying to download a movie using a download code:

If you buy the HD version, you will have to transfer it to an HD-compatible device in order to watch it. Or, you can buy the SD versioin and watch it on this computer.

What can I do?

Hi there,

This often ocurrs if the computer you are downloading to does not meet the minimum systemy requirements for viewing HD content in iTunes. Take a look at the article below for more information.
