I have a new ipod touch and it says choose to set up as a new ipod touch or restore from a backup. If I restore from backup will my old ipod continue to be synced as before?

I have a new ipod touch and it says choose to set up as a new ipod touch or restore from a backup. If I choose restore from a backup will my old ipod continue to maintain the ability to be synced on my same account?

Yes. It will not effect your other iPod.

However. change the name of the newer iPod if necessary to avoid confusion if the second one is named the same as the first
