Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

Jun 17, 2013 6:28 AM in response to ann shinerby Lester1234,Check your ethernet port disconnect and reconnect it. If you are using Wi-Fi, then you turn off and the turn it back on.
Power cycle your modem/router. Reboot it as well.
