can´t receive mail on my icloud account and have already tried everything

Unless you tell us what you have tried that didn't work, we have no way of knowing.

Open System Preferences > iCloud

Deselect the box next to ICloud then reselect it.

Give iCloud a few minutes to sync your Mail view Wi-Fi.
